R&D Program Manager

The position:

We are looking for a creative and experienced Program Manager to join our R&D department. Defining and leading work methods and process structures in the R&D. You will be responsible for planning and leading development, and research projects in collaboration with our R&D team leaders at Trigo and will be part of Managing resources and prioritizing projects that will best serve the company.

A day in the life:

• Be part of planning and controlling the R&D roadmap
• Leading a process of assimilation and application of working methods in the R&D 
• Planning and monitoring of all project phases in collaboration with R&D directors and team leaders
• Conducting constant monitoring of projects’ execution, milestones, and timeline
• Leading the risk analysis process and raising flags in projects
• Perform in-depth analysis of data for streamline and improve development processes
• Be part of the projects’ prioritization process and cross-function resource planning for R&D projects
• Leading the retrospective and learning process in R&D
• Conducting periodic reporting to management on projects status, progress, and issue 

You bring to the table:

• At least 5 years of technical experience in the high-tech industry
• At least 2 years of experience as an R&D Program Manager
• Solid understanding of software development methodologies and supporting platforms such as JIRA, GitHub, etc.
• Background in managing software development projects
• Ability to identify complexities and conditions in projects and prioritize accordingly
• Strong analytic skills
• A Highly organized person with strong methodical thinking
• Good interpersonal skills

Nice to have:

• BA in industrial engineering or equivalent  
• PMP certification
