The position:

We are looking for a Junior IT Help desk to join our IT department. As a Help Desk Specialist, you will be responsible for supporting the company’s corporate users, apps, and computers. You will provide employees with IT services and be involved in solving complex problems in users OS and equipment.

A day in the life:

  • Provide help desk support for all Trigo’s offices (local and global)
  • Support onboarding / offboarding processes for employees
  • Assist with onboarding practices for new employees
  • Manage and maintain IT inventory
  • Support and troubleshoot hardware and software issues
  • Support the company’s conference room equipment and vendors

You bring to the table:

  • Up to 1 year of experience as an IT Help Desk
  • Understanding networking concepts such as TCP/IP
  • Experience with office support environment and printers
  • Understanding of users and group permission management
  • Experience with support and troubleshooting with the ability to diagnose and resolve basic computer technical issues
  • Service-oriented, team player, self-motivated, and able to work in a fast-paced environment
  • Excellent English (verbal and written)
  • Strong communication skills, both written and verbal

Nice to have:

  • Knowledge of and experience working with Microsoft OS, Mac OS, Linux OS, Azure AD, AD, Jira, and Zoom
