Customer Success Manager
The position:
We are looking for a talented Customer Success Manager to join our growing Business department. You will serve as the main contact point to our clients: providing exceptional support and activating internal cross functional interfaces to answer client needs and solve Issues, manage their expectations and perceptions, While establishing and maintaining these professional relationships.
A day in the life:
- As a CSM you will be a trusted advisor to our customers, by Maintaining their deep understanding of Trigo products and help achieve customers' business goals
- Identify client’s needs, technical & business requirement and act upon them
- Be the customer's main point of contact throughout the customer life cycle (expansion, change requests, adoption, operation)
- Responsible for Business Strategy and annual objectives, Sales, P&L and go to market plans
- Work together with product managers, designers, and data engineers toward common goals
- Make sure contractual KPIs are attained, while expanding the account and realizing full potential, with up sales and revenue increase
- Take an integral part in strengthening and expanding Trigo’s retail Salesforce as we grow
You bring to the table:
- Bachelors' degree in a related field
- At least 3-4 years of experience as an account manager, customer success or sales engineer with a technological background
- Ability to deliver technical presentations, perform product demonstrations, and help the customer achieve technical success
- Excellent verbal and written communication as well as in-person and virtual presentation skills in both English and German
- Strong executive presence at the VP level and above; demonstrated ability to seamlessly participate in discussions with business and technical leadership
- Experience in renewing and/or negotiating client support contracts
- Strong analytical, financial and commercial acumen and are able to quickly identify performance issues and derive actionable insights
- Experience working with companies in the German market
- Ability to work independently and to collaborate effectively across functions
- Flexible and adaptable - you can be highly strategic but also get into the details where needed
- Sales oriented - Able to up-sell, negotiate and close opportunities
- Able to proactively work with high profile clients, work well under pressure
Nice to have:
- Experience in managing a portfolio of clients in retail industries
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in Hebrew
