Marketing Operations Leader

The position:

We're looking for an energetic, positive, marketing operations leader who is eager to take ownership and initiative in leading Trigo's marketing operation domain. You’ll be responsible for managing cross-functional projects in the EU and US and keeping track of all aspects of Trigo's marketing automation, analytics, channel marketing, budget, and events by working closely with business teams to ensure our marketing efforts are seamlessly orchestrated for maximum impact.

A day in the life:

  • Own all software used across the marketing and sales departments (marketing automation, CRM, CMS, project management) and ensure full utilization throughout the lead life cycle 
  • Track digital metrics and analyze organic traffic and marketing campaign performance, including identifying opportunities to optimize digital lead generation and marketing budget allocation
  • Work with content leader to research & facilitate the creation of effective, engaging digital touch points for our website and social channels, including personalized landing pages, user journey orchestration, pop-ups, and more
  • Plan and build our global events mechanism to drive both inbound and outbound lead generation efforts - online webinars and offline events around the world, including the swag, speakers, booths, and more
  • Support Trigo’s evolving partner program by facilitating the execution of channel marketing strategies, ensuring, brand consistency, and successful execution of partner events

You bring to the table:

  • At least 3 years of experience in a similar project and lead generation-related position, preferably at a B2B SaaS company
  • Fluent English speaker with strong written and verbal communication skills (Must) 
  • Experience with Hubspot, Zendesk, Wordpress and Google Analytics (Must) 
  • Have a strong methodical approach to planning and executing global cross-company projects
  • Optimistic, team player, fast learner, and curious beyond belief
  • A passion for brand, event planning,  social media savvy
  • Ability to work self sufficiently and excel in a high-paced, continuously changing environment
  • B.A graduate in a relevant field (communication, business administration, law, etc.)
