Channel Partnership Manager
The position:
We are looking for a Channel Partnership Manager to recruit, develop and manage relationships with Go-To-Market and Technology partners in order to drive sales and revenue. The ideal candidate will have experience in channel management, strong communication and interpersonal skills, and a deep understanding of the sales process.
A day in the life:
- Identify and onboard new partners, providing support and training
- Manage the performance of existing partners and develop strategies to improve their sales and revenue
- Create and manage channel partner budgets and forecasts
- Develop and implement channel partner programs, such as training, marketing, and incentives
- Measure and report on the performance of channel partners
- Identify and resolve conflicts and challenges within the channel
- Deliver all necessary partner program and partner life time cycle tools
You bring to the table:
- At Least 10 years of proven record in recruiting, on boarding and managing Go-To-Market channel partners
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills
- Previous experience in the retail industry - an advantage
- Excellent leadership and teamwork skills
- Hands-on approach
- Fluent English
- Ability to travel as needed
