The position:

We are looking for a Channel Partnership Manager to recruit, develop and manage relationships with Go-To-Market and Technology partners in order to drive sales and revenue. The ideal candidate will have experience in channel management, strong communication and interpersonal skills, and a deep understanding of the sales process.

A day in the life:

  • Identify and onboard new partners, providing support and training
  • Manage the performance of existing partners and develop strategies to improve their sales and revenue
  • Create and manage channel partner budgets and forecasts
  • Develop and implement channel partner programs, such as training, marketing, and incentives
  • Measure and report on the performance of channel partners
  • Identify and resolve conflicts and challenges within the channel
  • Deliver all necessary partner program and partner life time cycle tools

You bring to the table:

  • At Least 10 years of proven record in recruiting, on boarding and managing Go-To-Market channel partners
  • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills 
  • Previous experience in the retail industry - an advantage
  • Excellent leadership and teamwork skills
  • Hands-on approach
  • Fluent English
  • Ability to travel as needed
