KPI Investigator

The position:

We are looking for a KPI Investigator to join our KPI Success team, which is dedicated to analyzing on-line data from Trigo’s automated stores. You will be deep-diving into data within different scenarios, searching for core issues and reaching their solutions, working closely with various departments in the company and constantly seeking for improvements.

A day in the life:

• As a KPI Investigator, your work environment will be very dynamic and flexible and will include routine work alongside special projects
• You will be in charge of reviewing data, drawing conclusions, and proposing steps for the future
• You will work together with product managers, designers, and data engineers toward common goals and improvement of the system

You bring to the table:

• Previous experience in analytic environment 
• Analytical thinking
• Ability to work independently and to collaborate effectively across functions
• Organizational understanding
• Ability to talk to different stakeholders with varying seniority levels
• Flexible and adaptable
• Bachelors' degree in a related field - an advantage

Nice to have:

Experience with DataDog, Prometheus, SQL, Octopus - an advantage
