  • Personal data connected to your identification, such as first name, surname, title, date of birth, and place of birth.
  • Contact information such as: address (street, zip code, country), phone number, email address.
  • Professional, employment, and education Information, including:

  • Social media information, such as your LinkedIn profile.
  • Information that you provide us with about your work and personality traits, such as answers during an interview, answers to essay questions, or information about your salary expectations and work preferences.
  • Online identifiers and internet network activity information that we collect and process by using cookies and other tracking technologies (see our Cookies and Similar Tracking Technologies Notice for additional information). When you visit our ‘Career’ online webpages at our website, landing pages and other digital assets, or view job positions, or click on the ‘Apply’ or similar button for specific positions, we and our third party service providers collect data such as the IP address of your device, which provides your device’s location (not precise geo location), browser information, session durations, viewed pages, mobile ad identifier (or similar unique advertising identifiers), access device and connection information such as browser type, version, and time zone setting, browser plug-in types and versions, operating system, and platform.
  • Security information, such as CCTV footage if you visit our offices, and information on your use of any information and communication systems that we will make available to you during your application process.

Your Responsibilities

It is important that the personal data that we hold about you during the recruitment process is accurate and current. Please keep us informed if personal data related to you changes.

If you give us personal data about someone else, such as the name, surname, contact details, or professional and employment information of your references, you must do so only with that person’s express authorization, after sharing this recruitment privacy notice with that person. You must inform them how we collect, use, disclose, and retain personal data related to them according to this recruitment privacy notice before you provide us with such personal data.

You must also comply with this recruitment privacy notice and our policies, standards, and procedures that are brought to your attention when handling any information to which you have access in the course of your relationship with us, including any personal data related to other individuals. How Long Do We Retain Personal Data?

We store your job application documents and content in accordance with our internal data retention practices and applicable law. We then delete the application documents from our systems.

Retention periods can vary based on the duration of the recruitment process, vacant positions, and our decision whether to hire you or not.

We will maintain a record with details about your submission of the application with us, such as your name, interview dates and locations, our decision whether to hire you or not and other relevant information, for archival purposes, to establish exercise and defend legal claims and if we are required under law to retain personal data related to you.

What Are Your Choices and Rights, and How Can You Exercise Them?

We provide you with the following choices, and respect your rights under the applicable laws, to allow you to control the way we use personal data related to you:

  • Applying for a job and submitting your job candidacy materials is voluntary, and at any time, if you would like to withdraw your job candidacy, you can contact us and request that we stop considering your application and that we delete your profile and any materials we collected.
  • Our deletion of personal data related to you and job application materials will be completed in accordance with our retention policy as described in the “How Long Do We Retain Personal Data?” section of this recruitment privacy notice.
  • You have the right to access the personal data that we keep about you, subject to certain applicable legal limitations. We will ask you to provide certain credentials to verify your identity. If required under applicable law, we will make good-faith efforts to locate and provide you with a copy of personal data related to you that you request and that resides in our information systems.

Children’s Privacy

We do not intend and do not knowingly collect, sell or share personal data of children under the age of sixteen (16).

We reserve the right to request proof of age, via a recognized identification method, at any stage, so that we can verify that minors are not using our website without appropriate consent.
