Description

We are looking for a talented IT Support Specialist to join our IT department. 

As an IT Support Specialist, you will be responsible for supporting the company’s corporate network, users, apps, and computers.

You will provide employees with IT services and be involved in planning and implementing IT projects.

A day in the life:

  • Provide help desk support for all Trigo’s offices (local and global)
  • Support onboarding / offboarding processes for employees
  • Assist with onboarding practices for new employees
  • Manage and maintain IT inventory
  • Support and troubleshoot hardware and software issues
  • Support the company’s conference room equipment and vendors

You bring to the table:

  • At least 2 years of experience as an IT Support Specialist 
  • Understanding networking concepts such as TCP/IP
  • Experience with office support environment and printers
  • Understanding of identity provider/ SSO concepts 
  • Experience with Office365/ Google workspace or similar systems
  • Excellent knowledge of MS Windows 10, Server, Active Directory
  • Knowledge of and experience working with Microsoft OS, Mac OS, Linux OS, Office 365, Azure AD, AD, Jira, and Zoom
  • Experience with support and troubleshooting with the ability to diagnose and resolve basic computer technical issues
  • Service-oriented, team player, self-motivated, and able to work in a fast-paced environment
  • Excellent English (verbal and written)
  • Strong communication skills, both written and verbal

Nice to have:

  • Experience with Azure/ AWS / GCP or other cloud platforms
  • Experience with multiplatform, cloud-oriented environments
  • Knowledge of networking, routing, VPN, remote desktop, remote connection, and firewalls
