The position:

We’re looking for a talented and passionate Global Talent Acquisition Team Leader to join our growing People team. As our Talent Acquisition Team Leader, you will be leading the recruitment team and will be in charge of attracting and hiring the best talent in a highly competitive market. You will be a trusted partner to our leadership and hiring managers and provide advice and guidance in all aspects of Trigo’s recruiting efforts.

A day in the life:

  • Lead, motivate and mentor members of the recruiting team
  • Create and build the talent acquisition strategy
  • Manage multiple and overlapping processes and projects to completion, prioritize effectively, and meet tight deadlines
  • Plan and conduct global recruitment processes E2E (job analysis, screening, interviewing, decision making, and offers), including some hands-on work
  • Define and use KPIs to create reports and identify areas for improvement
  • Partner with key stakeholders (C-level, VPs, hiring managers, etc.) to materialize talent requirements & answer hiring challenges
  • Develop strong and effective partnerships with the hiring managers to clearly define and meet their specific needs
  • Create a one-of-a-kind and consistent candidate experience in a consistent manner
  • Analyze recruitment data and identify relevant metrics to constantly improve our recruiting effectiveness
  • Work closely with the entire People Team, including HRBP, employee experience, and office admins

You bring to the table:

  • B.A in Social/Behavioral Science or equivalent
  • At least 2 years of experience in managing a team of 2-4 people at a global high-tech/start-up company
  • At least 4 years of experience in full lifecycle technical sourcing and recruiting for global positions
  • Passionate about people and recruitment
  • High energy, motivated with a positive, collaborative mindset
  • Independent, results-oriented, and analytically minded
  • Ability to multi-task and work in a dynamic and fast-paced environment
  • Team player with excellent interpersonal skills
  • Excellent English (verbal and written)
  • Experience successfully using social media and job boards, as well as other sourcing channels to boost recruitment efforts
