The position:

We are looking for a talented FP&A Manager to join our Finance Department. As an FP&A Manager, you will assist the CFO in monitoring the company’s budget and forecasting our global start-up activities. You’ll be tasked with evaluating projects, budgets, and other finance-related transactions to determine their performance and suitability.

A day in the life:

  • Build and maintain periodic forecasts, rolling forecasts, and ongoing tracking of actual vs. budget analysis
  • Build financial forecasting models and work closely with relevant business partners
  • Maintain and structure new KPIs, business models, and strategic plans
  • Manage company budget by department and business unit
  • Develop and maintain financial and operational models and procedures
  • Design, automate, and optimize flexible FP&A processes and systems to meet the needs of a dynamic and fast-growing business environment
  • Work closely with the sales and product teams to negotiate sales and enhance customer engagement
  • Collaborate with the finance and HR teams to ensure accurate financial reporting
  • Annual, quarterly, monthly, and ad-hoc reporting and data analysis, including forecasts, P&L analysis, budget vs actual comparisons, and more
  • Data collection and analysis to support decision-making

You bring to the table:

  • Bachelor's degree in economics / accounting / industrial engineering / equivalent
  • At least 5 years of experience as FP&A/ financial analyst / budget and control economist
  • Experience working with senior management for business units or departments
  • Strong analytical skills, strategic thinking, and business understanding with attention to detail and problem-solving skills
  • Experience with financial systems, BI tools
  • Advanced Microsoft Excel skills and PowerPoint
  • Fluent in English and Hebrew
  • A fast learner and proactive self-starter, able to own tasks independently and deliver according to deadlines
  • Excellent interpersonal skills and able to work effectively with stakeholders at all levels in the organization
  • Thinks outside the box and can work independently
  • Eager to learn, with a self-motivated personality

Nice to have:

  • Experienced with NetSuite
  • Knowledge in SQL
