The position:

We are looking for an independent, creative, confident and tech savvy Senior Operations Manager to build our new site in New York/New Jersey from the ground up.

If you’re an entrepreneur at heart, an experienced project manager and know your way around the retail field, your place is with us.

You will be responsible to lead the end-to-end opening of our new stores in United States, build maintain and develop our relationships with our partners and be Trigo’s representative in United States.

A day in the life:

  • Lead end to end new stores delivery across the board using cross team collaboration
  • Act as the main point of contact during pre-sales process from the operations side
  • Stores locations scouting and certifying that they are aligned with trigo’s requirements
  • Store layout design (passive infrastructure, HW requirements, logistics)
  • Manpower planning (Contractors, store ops, part time workers)
  • Trigo’s deployment planning (Installation, Zero, Alpha, Beta)
  • HW delivery planning with the HW supply chain team
  • Allocate and secure budget and resources for the execution of the plan
  • Plan and execute retailers employees training
  • Plug in the store into NOC and Support flows
  • Execute the plan and launch the store
  • Follow up closely with all the teams and the retailer to ensure production stability post launch.
  • Lead upgrades and changes in the store (HW and SW)
  • Allocate budget and resources
  • Follow up closely with NOC/Support and the retailer to ensure production stability
  • Maintain ongoing training of Trigo’s and retailer’s store operation teams
  • Build and maintain long standing relationships with retailers’ property and delivery teams
  • Prepare weekly reports on project status and manage proper Gantts internally and externally
  • Prepare and track budget planning 

You bring to the table:

  • 3-5 years of experience in multi- disciplines project management and multiple projects simultaneously  
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Demonstrate attention to detail in the creation of processes and monitors implementation to ensure proper execution
  • Innovative, independent, and resourceful to create creative solutions
  • Independent, detail-oriented, problem solver and team player
  • Cross-team collaborator and indirect influencer

Nice to have:

  • Experience working in a retail environment
  • Demonstrated proficiency in Microsoft Outlook, Word, PowerPoint and Excel, with previous experience in Retail Pro, SAP, MicroStrategy, Medius & Concur
