Full Stack Team Leader

The position:

We are looking for a Full Stack Team Leader who is both an expert in software engineering and a leader at heart. Your team will design and implement Trigo’s internal and external web/mobile applications and APIs. The team deals with a large amount of data, and analyzes it for BI insights. This is a unique opportunity to join the handful of people shaping and leading Trigo’s extraordinary vision!

A day in the life:

• Lead a team of extremely talented Full Stack engineers, experts in Backend and Frontend
• Guide and mentor your team to design, implement, test and deploy web/mobile applications, with an emphasis on scalability, performance and security
• Participate in the development of an enterprise-grade, highly scalable and robust cloud-based microservices architecture 
• Work closely with relevant stakeholders, including product, operations and infosec 

You bring to the table:

• At least 7 years of experience as a Software Engineer
• At least 3 years of experience in leading engineering teams through empowerment, creating engagement, and bringing results
• Experience in backend development: NodeJS, TypeScript, Python
• Experience in frontend development: ReactJS, Angular, VueJS
• Experience in additional languages, such as: C++, Go, Rust, .Net, Java
• Experience in writing design documents, creating programs/plans and collaborating with the team
• Experience in production cloud-based environments 
• Worked with CI/CD methodologies - strong understanding of microservice architecture and hands-on experience in developing and deploying microservices 

Nice to have:

• BSc. in Computer Science, Electrical Engineering, or a similar field
• Experience with BI frameworks, Big Data technologies 
• Experience with event-based and message-driven distributed systems in scale
